Royal Jarmon was born in Sacramento, California. Moving frequently as a child, he grew in different parts of the midwest. As an adult he continued his travels spending time in various parts of the world, including Canada, SE Asia, and multiple regions of the US. Royal discovering himself as an artist from a young age, developed through years of painting and thorough examination of art history.
