Barry X Ball was born in 1955 in Pasadena, CA and lives and works in New York. From May 9 to September 22, 2019 a major exhibition of Ball’s new colored glass and translucent stone sculptures inspired by the works of Medardo Rosso will be on view at Ca' Pesaro in Venice, Italy as a collateral event of the 2019 Venice Biennale.
