My work falls into five main areas, that of painting, photography, new media and experimental film. I am also a writer and this is sometimes incorporated into my art. My practice works within all these areas, either individually or combining all. In terms of subject matter my work is very diverse but its main themes are that of myths and dreams, urban and natural landscape, portrait and still Life. I find myself creating within two polarities; one of visionary art intermixed with outsider and surrealist elements and the other is capturing the real world, what I see and sense around me. I am passionate about creating. I wish my art to be enjoyable for people to own, artwork that someone can appreciate in their home or workplace but I also create to solely exhibit.
